Cela doit m\u00eame \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9 !<\/p><p>Mettre le masque \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne sur soi-m\u00eame pour pouvoir s&#8217;occuper des autres ensuite&#8230;<\/p><p>C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs un sujet de plus en plus \u00e9voqu\u00e9 lors des cours de pr\u00e9paration avec les sages-femmes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Je vous partage ici quelques id\u00e9es pour prioriser sa sant\u00e9 mentale :<\/p><ul><li>Sortir pour prendre l\u2019air et le soleil, \u00e9couter les bruits de la nature. Ne serait-ce que vingt minutes.<\/li><li>Bouger en douceur, faire un peu de exercices quotidiennement et dans la mesure du possible : marche, danse, yoga\u2026<\/li><li>Prendre un rendez-vous quotidien avec soi-m\u00eame et se concentrer sur sa respiration pour \u00eatre dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent en conscience : coh\u00e9rence cardiaque, m\u00e9ditation, sophrologie\u2026 Lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de passer un coup de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou d&#8217;aller \u00e0 un rendez-vous m\u00e9dical, nous trouvons toujours le temps. Alors pourquoi ne pas honorer un court rendez-vous quotidien avec soi-m\u00eame, un temps d\u00e9fini pendant lequel le reste peut attendre.<\/li><li>Suivre une routine pour le sommeil : bain, musique douce, auto-massage du ventre ou du visage\u2026<\/li><li>\u00c9crire : une liste de gratitudes, un journal de grossesse ou de maternit\u00e9 par exemple.<\/li><li>Ranger son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone : se d\u00e9connecter quelques heures par jour pour se recentrer sur l\u2019essentiel.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9voir un temps de massage ou de bercements au rebozo par une professionnelle.<\/li><li>Parler \u00e0 une oreille attentive et bienveillante : partenaire, amies, famille, doula\u2026<\/li><li>Privil\u00e9gier une alimentation de qualit\u00e9.
